Leading civil site design projects from kickoff to ribbon cutting.
Inspiring and mentoring teams who bring ideas to life.
Building strong relationships with clients and community partners.
Guiding budgets, schedules, and design quality with precision.

Helping expand our impact through business development.
Collaborating across disciplines to create projects people love.
🎓 What You Bring
A Civil Engineering degree from an accredited university.
A Professional Engineer (PE) license.
10+ years of experience in civil site design & project management.
Leadership skills that make people excited to work with you.
The ability to juggle projects without breaking a sweat.
A problem-solving mindset and a drive for excellence.
