Project Coordinator | Luxury Custom Home Builder | Austin, TX

A highly respected luxury custom home builder in Austin, TX is looking to add a talented Project Coordinator to their growing team. This role will provide critical support to Project Managers throughout the lifecycle of high-end residential projects, helping ensure a seamless experience for clients, designers, and trade partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers from project kickoff to close-out

  • Assist with takeoffs, estimating, and pricing development for new projects

  • Prepare and track allowances, scopes of work, and budget updates

  • Read and interpret architectural and construction plans

  • Help coordinate selections and approvals with clients, designers, and architects

  • Maintain organized project documentation, schedules, and logs in Procore or Excel

  • Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain proposals and pricing

  • Uphold company quality standards and ensure attention to detail on all deliverables

Qualifications

  • Experience in residential construction, design, or project coordination

  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings

  • Familiarity with takeoffs, estimating, and construction materials

  • Strong organization and communication skills

  • Procore experience is a plus, but not required

  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused
