A highly respected luxury custom home builder in Austin, TX is looking to add a talented Project Coordinator to their growing team. This role will provide critical support to Project Managers throughout the lifecycle of high-end residential projects, helping ensure a seamless experience for clients, designers, and trade partners.
Support Project Managers from project kickoff to close-out
Assist with takeoffs, estimating, and pricing development for new projects
Prepare and track allowances, scopes of work, and budget updates
Read and interpret architectural and construction plans
Help coordinate selections and approvals with clients, designers, and architects
Maintain organized project documentation, schedules, and logs in Procore or Excel
Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain proposals and pricing
Uphold company quality standards and ensure attention to detail on all deliverables
Experience in residential construction, design, or project coordination
Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
Familiarity with takeoffs, estimating, and construction materials
Strong organization and communication skills
Procore experience is a plus, but not required
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused
