A well-established Dallas law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its team.
This opportunity is designed for an attorney who has built a strong family law practice, enjoys advocating for clients in and out of the courtroom, and is looking for a professional environment that values quality legal work and client service.
Handle a broad range of family law matters from initial consultation through resolution
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
Develop case strategy and provide thoughtful legal guidance
Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, and other legal documents
Manage cases independently while working collaboratively with other attorneys and staff
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Handle complex and contested family law matters
5+ years of family law experience
Texas Board Certification in Family Law required
Demonstrated courtroom and trial experience
Active Texas Bar license and good standing
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to independently manage a family law caseload
Professional judgment and strong client-service skills
Established Dallas-area practice
