Senior Family Law Attorney

Dallas, TX | Full-Time | In-Office

A well-established Dallas law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its team.

This opportunity is designed for an attorney who has built a strong family law practice, enjoys advocating for clients in and out of the courtroom, and is looking for a professional environment that values quality legal work and client service.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle a broad range of family law matters from initial consultation through resolution

  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials

  • Develop case strategy and provide thoughtful legal guidance

  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, and other legal documents

  • Manage cases independently while working collaboratively with other attorneys and staff

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Handle complex and contested family law matters

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of family law experience

  • Texas Board Certification in Family Law required

  • Demonstrated courtroom and trial experience

  • Active Texas Bar license and good standing

  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills

  • Ability to independently manage a family law caseload

  • Professional judgment and strong client-service skills
