Civil General Superintendent
I’m working with a growing civil contractor, who's specialized in commercial site development, that’s looking for a proven General Superintendent to oversee projects. This is a great opportunity with a stable company, strong backlog, and all local work — no out-of-town travel required.
Responsibilities:
Lead field crews on excavation, wet/dry utilities, grading, and full site development projects
Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and safety standards
Partner with project managers, engineers, and owners to keep jobs on track
What We’re Looking For:
Experience as a Civil Superintendent / General Superintendent in site development
Strong knowledge of earthwork and utility installation for commercial projects
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
