A commercial construction firm delivering multi-site, municipal, healthcare, and manufacturing projects throughout Northern Iowa.
The Quality Manager ensures project compliance with specifications, inspections, testing, material standards, and turnover documentation.
Develop project-specific QA/QC plans.
Conduct inspections, testing coordination, and material verification.
Track non-conformance items and corrective plans.
Support commissioning and closeout documentation.
Work with field teams on installation standards.
3–5 years construction quality or field leadership experience.
Strong understanding of commercial construction materials and installation practices.
Excellent documentation skills.
