Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in Austin, TX. This role is ideal for a driven professional with 10+ years of project management experience and a proven record of stability and success in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of project execution from preconstruction to closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor relationships.
• Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Lead and mentor project teams to drive efficiency, collaboration, and excellence.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong tenure with previous employers – stability is key.
• Proven experience with design-build and ground-up commercial projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
