  • · With a strong presence in plan and spec bids as well as offering budget solutions in the planning stages, they cater to diverse sectors including schools, office buildings, government, federal and state agencies, and healthcare facilities

Key Responsibilities
• Bidding on large commercial plumbing and HVAC projects
• Securing plans and specifications for bids
• Procuring major equipment and subcontractors
• Reading and interpreting mechanical plans and specifications
• Collaborating with various sectors including schools, office buildings, government, federal and state agencies, and healthcare facilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience as an estimator in the mechanical industry
• Strong understanding and knowledge of mechanical systems and processes
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical plans and specifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Experience with FAST PIPE computer estimating software

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
