Drywall Foreman

About Us

We’re seeking a qualified Drywall Foreman to oversee projects, lead crews, and ensure efficiency and quality in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage drywall and metal framing crews to ensure quality workmanship.
• Read and interpret blueprints to maintain project accuracy (layout experience is a plus).
• Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to meet project schedules.
• Order and manage materials to keep projects running efficiently.
• Enforce company safety policies and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Track job progress, document changes, and submit RFIs as needed.
• Troubleshoot challenges on-site to maintain productivity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in drywall and metal framing installation/supervision.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts when needed.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• OSHA 30 certification required; lift and scaffold certifications preferred.
