Senior Project Manager – Ground-Up Commercial Construction
Compensation: Up to $150K base + truck allowance + full benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time

A well-established and award-winning commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This firm has over 25 years of proven success and is known for delivering high-quality, ground-up construction in the K-12, higher education, and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout

  • Lead subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and site logistics

  • Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to meet project goals

  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and documentation

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sr. PM in ground-up commercial construction

  • Strong background in K-12, higher ed, or healthcare projects preferred

  • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project phases

  • Proficiency in construction management software and reporting tools

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
