We’re representing a well-respected Owner’s Representative firm that partners on complex projects in Healthcare and Education sectors. This firm has incredibly low turnover and is hiring only due to growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee multiple projects or large programs with budgets exceeding tens of millions
• Guide and mentor junior staff (APMs/PMs) while building long-term client relationships
• Lead all phases—strategic planning, design coordination, construction oversight, and delivery
• Provide executive-level reporting and ensure client objectives are achieved

Requirements:

• Background with an Owner's Rep firm or a Commercial General Contractor
• Experience with high-profile Healthcare and/or Education projects
• Stable work history
• Able to work in the US without restriction
