Sales Manager - REMOTE

A global leader in solutions and services across the packaging lifecycle is looking for a Maintenance Manager who will act as a technical advisor and is responsible for overall maintenance, repair and/or replacement of plant manufacturing equipment and the overall facility itself.  Provides leadership and supervision to the Maintenance team in the assignment and coordination of work to ensure safety, quality and maximum production efficiencies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Must have 10 years of sales experience in lubricants
    • A must with lubricant businesses, OEM companies, or Tier1, NOT OEM distributors or retail sales shops
    • Transmission, Axle, EV fluids, or shock absorber oil is a must...NO engine oil
  • Experience in managing internal and external accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure profitability
  • Coordinate commercial activities across the organization, including Engineering, Quality improvements, Quoting, negotiating, and reporting
  • Able to work remote
