Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Workers Compensation law (preferred).
Trial experience is highly desirable.
Must be licensed to practice law in California.
Experience representing clients before the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of California is a plus.
Duties:
Provide legal representation and counsel to clients in Workers Compensation cases.
Aggressively defend claims by promptly evaluating case merit.
Represent clients effectively to expedite file closures.
Handle suspected fraudulent or exaggerated cases with firm defense strategies.
Develop tailored defense plans, analyzing and anticipating case developments.
Review facts and evidence to reduce unnecessary medical costs and minimize clients' lost time.
