Job Description

A dynamic and leading law firm known for its excellence and innovation in legal services, is seeking an Employee Benefits Attorney. 

Experience: 4-10+ years in Employee Benefits law.

Responsibilities:

  • Preferred candidates will have experience with all areas of employee benefits, including but not limited to, ERISA, the design, establishment, maintenance and operations of various retirement, welfare, and fringe benefit plans, and knowledge of employee benefits laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Salary: $120,000 to $165,000
