Position: Trial Attorney
I am partnering with an AV-rated law firm in San Antonio, TX, renowned for handling a broad spectrum of civil matters, including personal injury, construction litigation, products liability, premises liability, and toxic torts. We are seeking a motivated Trial Attorney with 3-10 years of experience to work closely with one of the firm’s founding partners. This role offers a partnership track, and Partner Attorneys with an established book of business are highly encouraged to apply.
Trial Attorney Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and participate in all stages of litigation.
Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal legal teams.
Trial Attorney Qualifications:
JD degree and active law license with 3-10 years of civil litigation experience (preferred).
Proven trial experience, including 1st or 2nd chair jury trials.
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.
