Job Description

Position Title: Outside Sales RepresentativeJob Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell agricultural, construction, and outdoor equipment. This role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with customers, achieving sales goals, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Growth: Achieve sales goals through new business development and customer retention.
  • Customer Engagement: Follow up on leads, conduct sales presentations, and provide equipment demos.
  • Documentation: Complete sales paperwork (contracts, warranties, trade appraisals) promptly and accurately.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Address issues and fulfill commitments to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and assist with marketing efforts.
  • Compliance & Delivery: Adhere to regulations and assist with equipment delivery as needed.
  • Professional Development: Continuously learn about products, industry trends, and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in an equipment dealership.
  • Knowledge of agricultural, construction, and outdoor equipment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for customer visits.
