A mission-driven environmental field services company is looking for a Field Leader to support and supervise the hands-on implementation of ecological restoration, planting, and land stewardship projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead small teams on project sites across the Mid-Atlantic region
Ensure job site safety, task execution, and quality standards
Operate vehicles and machinery to transport crew, tools, and materials
Follow and enforce daily work plans
Interface with project managers and site contacts as needed
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in habitat restoration, outdoor labor, land management, trail work, landscaping, or similar
Willingness to travel and work long hours outdoors in all weather
Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus
Passion for hands-on environmental work
Strong communication and basic leadership skills
