Job Description

A mission-driven environmental field services company is looking for a Field Leader to support and supervise the hands-on implementation of ecological restoration, planting, and land stewardship projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead small teams on project sites across the Mid-Atlantic region

  • Ensure job site safety, task execution, and quality standards

  • Operate vehicles and machinery to transport crew, tools, and materials

  • Follow and enforce daily work plans

  • Interface with project managers and site contacts as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in habitat restoration, outdoor labor, land management, trail work, landscaping, or similar

  • Willingness to travel and work long hours outdoors in all weather

  • Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus

  • Passion for hands-on environmental work

  • Strong communication and basic leadership skills

  • Opportunities for advancement
