Position Overview: The ideal candidate is a dedicated attorney with experience in criminal defense who values excellence, client trust, and teamwork. You will handle a diverse caseload, collaborate with experienced colleagues, and represent clients in all stages of criminal proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in misdemeanor and felony cases from arraignment through trial.
Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare case strategies.
Negotiate plea agreements and settlements when appropriate.
Advocate zealously in court and maintain high ethical standards.
Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and transparency.
Collaborate with a seasoned legal team to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Nevada (in good standing).
Experience in criminal defense preferred.
Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Excellent judgment, integrity, and attention to detail.
