Key Responsibilities
- Complete tax engagements for individual and business clients with minimal supervision.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Prepare and review complex tax returns ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain strict adherence to firm policies and AICPA/PICPA rules, regulations, and codes of ethics.
- Consistently meet deadlines while managing multiple client engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
- CPA license highly preferred (or commitment to prepare and sit for CPA exams to obtain Pennsylvania licensure).
- Minimum 4 years of public accounting tax experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
- Experience with ProSystem software (Tax Preparation, Engagement, Document) a plus.
- Proven ability to develop good working relationships with clients and colleagues.
