FAMILY LAW | ESTATE PLANNING ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Dallas

Seeking a 3-5 years' Associate Attorney in Family Law and Estate Planning for a well-established, AV-rated law firm in Dallas. The ideal candidate with strong empathy skills and ability to build client relationships; the attorney in this position will also receive training and mentorship from partners with deep experience in this practice area. They foster a collegial, team-centric environment, maintain an exciting practice and seek employees who will bring intelligence, curiosity, enthusiasm and commitment to their high standard of performance and client services. Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to work well with others on a team of attorneys and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Family Law experience a plus with an emphasis on adjudicating divorce, marital property division, child support/custody, spousal support
  • Interest or experience in Estate Planning and Contested Probate Litigation
  • Exceptional empathy and interpersonal skills desired

Base compensation range $130K - $150K DOE, plus bonus structure, full benefit suite, 401K. This is a daily in-office role, with full staff support.
