We are seeking a Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) attorney to join our firm. The position's focus will primarily involve documentation and transactional preparation.

Attorney Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Minnesota bar license (required).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit firm.
