ESTIMATOR - SITE DEV/ EXCAVATION/ UTILITIES

Houston Based Client is seeking the above for their 2^nd generation owned and operated 40yr in business and thriving Site Development company. Tight knit but welcoming group.  Pride themselves on their top-notch industry culture and core values. Company is experiencing substantial growth over the next 5yrs and you can get in a position for upward mobility.  Project Types: Commercial, Hvy Industrial, Multi Family, Retail, Hospitality, Misc. Current Avg Project Value: $300k - $8MIL, which could obviously change (bigger with expected growth).

JOB HIGHLIGHT:  Our client is seeking a results oriented , intense, and experienced Estimator to oversee, facilitate, and bid projects. Candidate will be detail oriented, analytical, and organized.  Straightforward approach to communication with internal and external stakeholders.  Able to work extended periods on a singular focus in a fast-paced environment. Candidate needs experience to estimate projects that achieve a high degree of profitability while providing exemplary customer service. Additionally, this estimator will generate detailed and timely estimates and proposals with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

• Estimator with matching project background a must, earthwork and underground utilities – water, sanitary sewer, and storm on private or public projects.
• 3+yrs experience desired
• Min High School diploma, Undergraduate degree in construction, civil engineering, or similar field of study would be great
• Some demonstrated longevity on resume is desired
• Complete accurate and detailed take off of plans and specifications using Blue Beam.
• Projects are local within the Houston Metro and surrounding
• Excellent compensation (based on background/ experience)
