Probate Paralegal – West Palm Beach, FL

A highly respected West Palm Beach law firm is seeking a skilled Probate Paralegal to join its growing Trusts & Estates team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment and enjoys working on sophisticated matters for high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with probate and trust administration from start to finish
- Prepare, review, and file probate pleadings, inventories, accountings, and related documents
- Organize, maintain, and track estate administration files, deadlines, and court requirements
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, CPA firms, and financial institutions
- Draft correspondence, schedules, and supporting documentation for estate and gift tax filings
- Support attorneys in preparing Form 706 (Estate Tax Return) and Form 709 (Gift Tax Return)
- Coordinate asset valuations, gather financial statements, and manage document requests
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of probate or estate administration experience required
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients strongly preferred
- 706 / 709 preparation experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Florida probate rules and e-filing
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters
- Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset
- Proficiency with legal software, MS Office, and document management systems
