Probate Paralegal – West Palm Beach, FL
In-Office 

A highly respected West Palm Beach law firm is seeking a skilled Probate Paralegal to join its growing Trusts & Estates team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment and enjoys working on sophisticated matters for high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with probate and trust administration from start to finish
  • Prepare, review, and file probate pleadings, inventories, accountings, and related documents
  • Organize, maintain, and track estate administration files, deadlines, and court requirements
  • Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, CPA firms, and financial institutions
  • Draft correspondence, schedules, and supporting documentation for estate and gift tax filings
  • Support attorneys in preparing Form 706 (Estate Tax Return) and Form 709 (Gift Tax Return)
  • Coordinate asset valuations, gather financial statements, and manage document requests

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of probate or estate administration experience required
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients strongly preferred
  • 706 / 709 preparation experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Florida probate rules and e-filing
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset
  • Proficiency with legal software, MS Office, and document management systems
