A well-established firm is seeking an Executive Assistant / Paralegal to support its Trusts & Estates practice in their St. Louis office. This role offers a mix of administrative and substantive legal work in a professional and client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and organize estate planning documents and correspondence

  • Maintain client files and assist with probate and trust administration

  • Coordinate meetings, deadlines, and filings

  • Support attorneys with client communications and document preparation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in a legal or administrative role (trusts & estates experience a plus)

  • Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills
