Searching for an experienced Purchasing Manager!! Our client is an Industry Leading food manufacturer in Pennsylvania. They have been around for over 40 years and hold value in their employees! This a chance to join a growing company, that has two facilities and works domestically as well as internationally.

 The right candidate will have:

• 5+ years of purchasing management experience
• Background in food manufacturing
• Business Administration/Finance or related field degree
• Analytical skills
• Computer skills
• Communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Support sourcing and purchasing requirements of high-quality ingredients and supplies for company
• Strategic planning
• Develop budget
• Communicate with all vendors
• Research and evaluate products to ensure quality, R&D, and international requirements
• Develop knowledge of commodity and what influences supply and cost
• All documentation for vendors, payments, deliveries, etc. up to date
• Determine market trends and make suggestions
• Search for reliable suppliers
• Manage 3 others in purchasing department

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary between $100,000 and $125,000
• Benefits package (Health, Dental, Vision)
• Paid Time Off
• Relocation if necessary
