gpac is a third party recruiting firm partnered with a dynamic, growth-oriented insurance brokerage, serving a diverse portfolio of middle market clients across Arizona and the Southwest. Our clients culture is collaborative, client-focused, and built on delivering exceptional service with integrity. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team and help elevate the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, including home, auto, umbrella, and specialty risks

  • Handle renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day client support

  • Identify coverage needs, present recommendations, and assist with new business opportunities

  • Maintain strong carrier and client relationships with timely, accurate communication

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of personal lines experience; middle-market or HNW a plus

  • Arizona P&C License (or ability to obtain)

  • Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages and underwriting guidelines

  • Proficiency with agency systems (Applied Epic or AMS360 preferred)
