A rapidly growing heavy civil contractor is searching for an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to help drive the expansion of its North Texas division. This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-impact municipal infrastructure projects while helping shape the future of a growing operation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead complex water and wastewater projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, forecasting, cost controls, and project profitability
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, billings, and documentation
• Keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Build lasting relationships with municipal clients and industry partners
• Help develop the team and expand the company’s presence throughout North Texas

What You’ll Bring

• Five or more years of construction project management experience
• Water or wastewater treatment plant construction experience
• Knowledge of pump stations, process piping, concrete structures, underground utilities, or municipal infrastructure
• Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and scheduling abilities
• A driven, solutions-focused approach to managing challenging projects
