Traveling Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent with a background in ground-up Light Industrial/Food Production/Cold Storage/Steel Structure projects to join a growing General Contractor.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience, experience with, but not limited to ground-up Light Industrial/Food Production/Cold Storage/Steel Structure
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and oversee projects
• Sound knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Proficient in reading and analyzing blueprints and contract documents
• Familiarity with construction-related software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships with clients, the public, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Travel to project sites as required, staying on-site, managing daily operations
