GPAC is partnering with an expanding law firm seeking an experienced employment lawyer for a fully remote opportunity. No book of business is required.

Practice Areas

• California wage and hour
• Employment discrimination and harassment
• Wrongful termination
• Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claims

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in these California employment practice areas
• Active California law license

Compensation & Work Structure

• $225,000–$325,000 annual salary
• Fully remote
• True 1,850-hour annual billable target
• 5% profit sharing
• No book required
