Real Estate Litigation Attorney (Hybrid)

One of our top clients is a well-respected and dynamic law firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility while engaging in sophisticated and challenging real estate litigation matters in California. We value a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to achieving exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and litigate a diverse range of real estate disputes, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct and defend depositions.
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Develop and execute litigation strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
  • Maintain a minimum of 1400 billable hours annually.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate litigation, with demonstrated experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
  • Strong understanding of California real estate law and civil procedure.
  • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a demanding caseload and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
