This company is looking for PREMIER candidates to fill their open position of Vice President of Business Development. We are partnered in helping a growing and well-established commercial roofing company find qualified and talented individuals like yourself. They are interested in highly-motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of Vice President of Business Development with extended experience in commercial roofing. This role is an urgent need, and qualified contacts will be contacted ASAP!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop sales teams and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership on company direction and growth.
• Identify new markets and partnerships.

Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial leader with an inquisitive mind and history of success.
• Proven leadership ability with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
• Skilled in communication and collaboration, with hands-on experience leading teams to collaborate effectively.
• Successfully pass Screening, Criminal Background, Physical Exam, Customer Security Check, Motor Vehicle Record (if applicable), and other assessments (if applicable).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
