Confidential Search – Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney
Location: Fulton, MD (Hybrid, or fully-remote)
A nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney to join its Alexandria, Virginia office. The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience managing all phases of labor and employment litigation and advising employers on workplace compliance matters.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of complex and evolving labor & employment issues while representing sophisticated corporate clients. A portable book of business is not required, though it is welcome.
Qualifications
Admission to the Virginia Bar is required
Admission to the Maryland and/or Washington, D.C. Bar is a plus
Experience handling labor & employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
