Commercial Construction Superintendent

Sacramento, CA

A well-established and growing commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their Sacramento team. This role will oversee ground-up and tenant improvement commercial construction projects and play a key role in delivering high-quality work while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on commercial construction projects

• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures

• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and trade partners

• Conduct site meetings and maintain clear project documentation

• Proactively identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent

• Experience with ground-up and/or tenant improvement projects

• Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination

• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain a productive jobsite

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• OSHA certification preferred

Compensation & Benefits

•  $100,000 – $140,000+, depending on experience
