Seeking 3-5 years of experience Transactional Estate Planning & Probate Sales Associate Attorney in Cranberry Township, PA. The Sales Attorney’s primary goal is to conduct Life & Legacy Planning Sessions with prospective new clients to help them select and prepare the most suitable estate plan package.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused approach. Additionally, the attorney will act as a backup to assist in trust or estate administration as needed.
100% In-Office
- Transactional 3-5 years of experience in estate planning and probate law
- Transactional 3-5 years of experience Sales Attorney to conduct about a 90 min Planning Section
- Active bar membership in Pennsylvania
- Strong knowledge of estate planning principles, laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases simultaneously
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
Essential Duties:
- Conduct Life & Legacy Planning Sessions with clients, both in-person and virtually.
- Assist clients in understanding their estate planning options and help them select thebest plan.
- Answer client questions and provide detailed explanations to ensure they understand their choices.
- Prepare and draft necessary legal documents for estate planning.
- Follow up with clients to ensure they have all necessary information and documentation.
- Coordinate with the administrative team to schedule and confirm client appointments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and document preparation.
- Stay updated on estate planning laws and regulations to provide accurate advice.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client cases and share best practices.
- Review and update estate planning documents and templates to ensure compliance with current laws.
- Conduct training sessions for new staff members on Life & Legacy Planning.
- Analyze client feedback to improve services and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop materials and strategies for clientsoutreach.
- Report on the number of Life & Legacy Planning Sessions held and client outcomes.
- Identify areas for improvement in the estate planning process and propose solutions.
- Attend professional development workshops and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the firm's services.
- Review and evaluate the overall success of Life & Legacy Planning services.
- Set goals and objectives for the upcoming year based on past performance.
- Prepare and present an annual report on client satisfaction, service improvements, and business growth.
- Plan and implement strategies to expand the firm's Life & Legacy Planning client base.
