Maintenance Supervisor
$95,000–$110,000 | Northern Illinois

Key Responsibilities

  • Support production operations by ensuring safe, timely, and efficient maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and facility assets

  • Improve overall equipment reliability, safety, and quality while maintaining regulatory compliance

  • Supervise and lead maintenance technicians, providing day-to-day guidance and technical leadership

  • Manage preventive maintenance (PM) programs, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Maintain accurate documentation related to installation, repairs, and maintenance activities

  • Provide technical support and problem-solving for equipment and operational challenges

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience (food manufacturing strongly preferred)

  • 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality

  • Experience with quality systems and regulatory requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems

  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

  • Ability to work in a wet, fast-paced food production environment
