Key Responsibilities
Support production operations by ensuring safe, timely, and efficient maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and facility assets
Improve overall equipment reliability, safety, and quality while maintaining regulatory compliance
Supervise and lead maintenance technicians, providing day-to-day guidance and technical leadership
Manage preventive maintenance (PM) programs, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation related to installation, repairs, and maintenance activities
Provide technical support and problem-solving for equipment and operational challenges
Qualifications
5+ years of maintenance experience (food manufacturing strongly preferred)
5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
Experience with quality systems and regulatory requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a wet, fast-paced food production environment
