Are you ready to take charge and build a compliance department from the ground up? We’re seeking a BSA Officer to lead and strengthen our Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programs. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll play a key part in shaping our institution’s risk and compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop and manage the BSA/AML and OFAC compliance programs.
🔹 Monitor transactions, investigate suspicious activities, and file SARs/CTRs.
🔹 Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to strengthen compliance.
🔹 Provide training and guidance to staff on BSA/AML regulations.
🔹 Act as the primary contact for regulatory bodies during audits and examinations.
🔹 Stay ahead of regulatory changes and implement proactive compliance strategies.

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Competitive base salary starting at $65,000+, DOE
