Title: Manufacturer's Sale Representative
Core Description:
Produce sales of PVC roofing materials to approved applicators.
Commercial building owners, typically owners of "campus" type holdings (Business Park, Chain Owners, Manufacturing, Municipalities, Schools, Warehousing, etc.) are best for long term results.
Commercial architecture firms, includes construction details, specification development and technical support.
Developers of large or multi-building complexes are best for long term results.
Approved Applicator relationships to provide discretionary opportunities.
Presentation and specification writing skills are beneficial.
Location of Work:
Riverside County of Southern California is the primary target. Also, relationship opportunities outside of Riverside County but primarily in Southern California. Work from home and "on the road" (no physical office location).
Compensation:
Base salary $80,000.00 - $130,000.00/year based on qualifications Commission typically 4% to 5% of gross sales. Example $5,000,000 sales at 75% of 4% commission is $150,000. No Ceiling to earnings. Additional earnings for first two years based on sales commission earned less the base salary.
Auto, Phone and Internet Allowance.
Credit card for gas and incidental job-related expenses (customer lunches, etc).
10-days’ vacation per year for first 5 years. 15 days after 5 years.
5 days sick leave per year.
Healthcare to Employee, discounted coverage to spouse and children under 20.
60-day probationary period.
