• Experience operating lathes, mills, drill presses, and surface grinders.
• Strong desire to learn the machine-building process, including debugging and installation.

Top Responsibilities:

• Assist Machine Builders with equipment assembly while adhering to quality standards.
• Learn processes, methods, and expectations from Lead Builders.
• Perform machining and modifications to ensure proper fit and function of components.
• Work closely with Engineers, Electricians, and other team members to troubleshoot and optimize builds.
• Stay up to date with technological advancements in automation and related industries.
• Understand customer expectations and maintain a strong focus on safety throughout all tasks.
