Senior Estimator - Wastewater in Marietta

Job Title: Senior Estimator – Heavy Civil Construction (Wastewater)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with a strong background in heavy civil construction, specifically in wastewater and wastewater treatment projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for large-scale wastewater infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for wastewater and wastewater treatment construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project scope and costs.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and vendors to gather cost data and ensure accuracy.
• Review subcontractor and supplier bids and negotiate pricing to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.
• Manage multiple estimates simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and project accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in estimating for heavy civil construction, with a focus on wastewater and wastewater treatment projects.
• In-depth knowledge of wastewater infrastructure, including treatment plants, pipelines, and other related systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office.
