We’re seeking 2–5 years of corporate/transactional experience, a strong JD, and excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Missouri-licensed candidates preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of complex business transactions
Draft and review agreements related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial transactions
Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to clients on corporate and transactional matters
Support senior attorneys in due diligence, contract negotiations, and deal execution
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical and business-focused legal solutions
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
2–5 years of experience in corporate or business transactions
Experience with M&A, corporate governance, commercial contracts, or general corporate matters
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Licensed or eligible for admission in the applicable jurisdiction
