• Champion agency goals, enhance client experiences, and foster long-term relationships.
• Lead a dynamic team while inspiring success and driving performance.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance and a proven track record of success.
• Active MA P&C License and familiarity with Applied Epic (highly preferred).
• A strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• A passion for growth, a collaborative mindset, and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
