Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale structural steel projects. This is a remote-based position for candidates located in or near the Memphis, TN area, with flexibility for travel to project sites as needed. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in managing structural steel projects from pre-construction through completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all phases of structural steel fabrication and erection projects

  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project success

  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

  • Conduct site visits as necessary to oversee progress and ensure quality standards

  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and resolve project-related issues

  • Ensure compliance with all safety and industry standards


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in the structural steel industry

  • Proven track record managing large-scale steel fabrication and erection projects

  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to travel to project sites as required

  • Located in the Memphis, TN area or willing to relocate
