Insurance Defense Attorney in Atlanta

Job Description

An Atlanta based prestigious Civil Defense firm is in need of an Insurance Defense attorney to join their growing team. The right type of candidate will have the following:

• 2+ years of prior experience in defense litigation / insurance coverage litigation.
• Prior experience in Insurance Defense, General Civil Litigation, Workers Compensation, Premises or Product Liability.
• Excellent organizational skills and eager to hit the ground running with hearings, depositions, board hearings, and trials.
• Excellent judgment and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Assist managing partner on caseload
• Licensed and in good standing with Florida Bar Association
