Job Description

A sophisticated, results-driven law firm is seeking to add an Employment Attorney to their team. Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in labor and employment experience
• Advising employers in hiring, employment contracts, compensation and discipline, termination matters
• Experience with union/management transactions, organizing campaigns grievance, arbitration and dispute resolution
• Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
• State license, in good standing
• Wage and Hour experience preferred
• Experience forming, maintenance and termination of employment in collective bargaining agreements preferred
