Remote Litigation Paralegal (2+ Years) – California-Based

A boutique San Diego law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its fully remote team. Candidates must reside and work in California and have prior remote work experience with a dedicated home office.

About the Role:

You will support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case management, legal research, drafting legal documents, and trial preparation. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with case management, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Draft and file legal documents (briefs, pleadings, subpoenas, etc.).
• Conduct legal research and analyze case facts.
• Organize and review documents for discovery and production.
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and billable time.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience (real estate/business litigation preferred).
• Strong proficiency in California e-filing (state & federal) and calendaring.
• Must have experience billing hours. 
• Prior experience supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred.
