Job Description

A fast-growing, national USDA food manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead plant maintenance operations in a high-speed production facility.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a maintenance team
• Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems
• Improve uptime and equipment reliability
• Support capital improvements and line expansions

What You Bring

• 4+ years food manufacturing maintenance experience
• 3+ years supervisory leadership
• Advanced electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in SQF / GFSI environment
• Ability to read engineering schematics
