Remote Real Estate Litigation Attorney – Irvine, CA

A boutique law firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Litigation Attorney (5+ years) to handle diverse disputes and all litigation stages. This fully remote role requires residency in Orange County, and solo practitioners with a book of business are welcome!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of real estate litigation, including case assessment, pleadings, discovery, trial, settlement, and appeal.
• Develop litigation strategies and negotiate dispute resolutions.
• Conduct legal research and advise on real estate laws and transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents related to litigation.
• Build client relationships, generate leads, and drive revenue.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of real estate litigation experience.
• JD from an accredited law school; active California Bar membership.
• Established book of business.
• Strong analytical, communication, and drafting skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Business development experience.
• Remote work experience preferred.
