Purchasing Manager – Residential Construction  

gpac is partnered with a top builder who is seeking a  Purchasing Manager to lead procurement efforts for residential construction projects. This role involves vendor management, cost control, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and manage procurement strategies.
• Lead supplier negotiations for pricing and contract terms.
• Oversee vendor relationships and performance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and mitigate risks.

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of purchasing experience in residential construction.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials and supply chain management.
• Leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
