Job Description

We are actively seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of relevant experience to join our growing legal team. This attorney will provide outstanding legal representation for our clients, ensuring a high level of client service throughout the process.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in NY, have graduated 
from an accredited law school, and be a member in good standing with the State Bar of New York. Exceptional communication skills are essential, along with strong written, verbal, and analytical abilities. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with robust negotiating skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. While assistance will be provided, the attorney should possess the capability to independently manage and progress pending cases. 0-2 years of experience is required.

Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Overseeing a docket of personal injury cases
• Initiating lawsuits
• Conducting depositions
• Drafting and responding to discovery
• Preparing clients for depositions, mediations, motion hearings, and trials
• Evaluating claims in collaboration with claims representatives
• Collaborating with paralegals and legal support staff to prepare written discovery requests and responses, summarize records, coordinate depositions, secure expert witnesses, and ready cases for trial

Salary: 90,000 - $120,000.00+ per year
