Job Description

Seeking a Corporate M&A Associate with 3+ years of experience to support a busy transactional practice advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and general corporate matters. This role is based in our New York City office.

• 3+ years of corporate M&A experience at a law firm (middle-market experience preferred)
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with demonstrated comfort managing core deal documents
• Experience running diligence workstreams and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple deals and competing deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong client service orientation
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in New York and in good standing.

Salary Range: $170K – $220K
