A established law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join their team as a Partner in their Insurance Defense practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator to step into a leadership role without the pressure of bringing an existing book of business.

Position Overview:
They are looking for a talented and motivated attorney to join their partnership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in insurance defense litigation and be ready to take on a leadership role in case management, client relations, and mentoring associate attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle complex insurance defense cases from inception through trial or settlement
• Develop and implement litigation strategies
• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with insurance company representatives
• Supervise and mentor associate attorneys and support staff
• Contribute to the firm's business development efforts
• Participate in firm management and decision-making processes

Qualifications:
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 5+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
• Excellent track record of successful case outcomes
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Admitted to practice law in PA
